Donald Somers - President

Donald Somers is the President and owner of Management Recruiters and CompuSearch of Youngstown. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Biology, where he specialized in Medical Entomology and Microbiology. After a successful career as a director of a health agency, I purchased MR/CS of Youngstown in 1994.

My areas of expertise include: Architecture, Engineering and Construction and information security. Further my goal is to provide the best service possible to both my clients and candidates through developing long term relationships.

    Larry Proctor has been with MR/CS Youngstown since 1986. He currently works a National/International market in the IT and Telecommunications sector. In addition to the Technical and Technical management side of the house, Larry also recruits for A+ players in Sales and Marketing. His commitment to establishing long term relationships with both client companies and candidates is the trademark of his career. People nationwide know Larry as a professional who will not waste anyone's time in the search process. He works strictly by design through extended fact finding questions relevant to the specific needs of his client company and matches up with what his qualified candidates are looking for in their next opportunity.     Lisa Fitzpatrick, Technical Consultant

    Lisa Fitzpatrick has been a technical recruiter consultant with Management Recruiters of Youngstown since February, 1996. Prior to working for Management Recruiters, she worked for Electronic Data Systems for 17 years assuming roles from Programmer to Programming Manager where she managed 150+ programmers. Her technical experience includes COBOL, MVS, CICS, JCL and data bases on the application side as well as on the systems programming side. Her strong IS background allows her to successfully communicate in technical terms with both the candidate and client. This gives her the ability to successfully match candidates to positions. Lisa is a 1979 graduate of St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN with a B.S. in Math and a minor in Computer Science.
